Centennial’s Battle of the Books teams met today for their monthly check in. These readers are working hard to complete the assigned reading lists as they prepare for the county battle this May. ❤️🐻📚
Patriot 3rd Graders in Mrs. Alexander’s class had fun starting the New Year with Science. Students teamed up to experiment how a curved track would affect how an object travels. Students got to design tracks and experiments with launch angles! 🏎️

Our holiday band performance was absolutely wonderful! Parents came out to support their students and our talented band director. Mr. S did an outstanding job leading the FMS students in performing creative and beautiful holiday tunes. 🥁🎹🎺📯🎷🪈
We celebrated meeting our December attendance goal with some hot chocolate for our students. Even Santa stopped by to show his appreciation for their dedication to coming to school. It was a great way to recognize their efforts and encourage continued success! 🎅🙌🏼🎄

Author Dana Martin visited Patriot Wednesday and shared her experience of becoming an author. Students got to listen to her read her book, talk through the process of publishing the book, and even took part in a book signing!📚📖📙📚
